Photo and video projects for advertising and fashion industries (catalogs / look books, fashion campaigns, e-commerce, advertising campaigns, product photography etc.)
You can choose one of the packages below by specifying the number of hours for which you want to book the studio. It can be booked for a minimum of three hours, and a 10% discount is automatically applied for a minimum of 8 hours booked.
The cost of the chosen package includes equipment. You can see the equipment included in the selected package and the final cost in the box on the right. The “Flash lighting” packages do not specify light modifiers, so you must select them from the equipment table (a maximum of 3 modifiers are included).
The total cost will change automatically if you select other items from the equipment list in addition to those included in the packages.

The studio supervisor will not be present during the entire shoot and will not act as a photo assistant/lighting technician. If the client wishes to have a photo assistant/lighting technician on set, the service provider can provide such services for an additional fee. The cost can be found in point 5.

IMPORTANT RULES FOR RENTING THE STUDIO:
- Number of participants limits are for us to differentiate between small and large scale projects. We can be understanding of extra participants that help with logistics but team members spending more than 20 minutes in the project should count as such
- For large scale projects with more than 20 person teams please call us before the booking to make sure we can accommodate the project and provide extra amenities if possible
- We keep our limbo/cyclorama background as clean as possible but if your project requires a freshly painted white limbo we can accommodate that (upon request) for a free is 125 E + TVA .
- We have a large color selection of Colorama and Manfrotto 2.7m wide paper backgrounds upon request. Cost of using our backgrounds (especially on the floor under the feet of the model) is not included in the basic packages
- The cost for paper background is €30 + VAT / use (maximum 3m) and €100 + VAT / roll (11 m)

Minimum booking time for the studio is 3 hours, even if the planned duration of your project is less than that. We kindly ask that the cost for renting the studio will be paid in full prior to the day of the shooting.

Smoking is not allowed in the building but electronic cigarettes are an exception
- Extra working time cannot always be guaranteed if not booked as such. We ask that the rental time should not exceed 10pm. If your project needs special hours please call us to see how we can acomodate your request.
- We require the client’s signature on a report of receipt for the equipment and the studio at the beginning of the shooting
- We understand normal usage signs of studio and equipment but for exceptional damages done to limbo/cyclorama wall and other photographic equipment such as lights the tenant bears full repair or replacement responsibility
- Cleaning, Wi-fi, electricity, coffee is included in the cost of rental and will not be billed separately
- Shootings with confetti, flowers, excessive glitter, fake snow, liquids or other props that cause a lot of dirt and clutter will be charged an extra €50 cleaning fee
